All garments are hand-made to order. This allows room for slight size modifications, for example: if you are a large bust with a size small waist, this request can be added in the "notes" section upon checking out. Please add exact measurments. Email us at [email protected] to confirm your size modification request.

3-4 WEEK DELIVERY TIME UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.



USA SHIPPING

All domestic orders will be processed and shipped via USPS Ground. Delivery takes 3-5 business days, this does not include production time. Expedited shipping via USPS Express is available for domestic orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise. BEYU is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

RETURN POLICY

Due to garments being handmade to order, we do not offer refunds, we do however accept returns for either store credit or an exchange for a different size and/or color.  Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

STORE CREDIT
Store credit is recicved in the form of a digital gift certificte. Simply use your unique certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order with us! Store credit does not expire. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to BEYU. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. For more information on making an international return please email [email protected].
